and I went back up to the north east to enjoy the warmer, sunnier
weather there. Actually, we went to the places where I know all
five of the British terns can be seen. We also went to the lovely
Farne Islands and there are few places where you can get so close
and personal with birds in the UK- including being dive-bombed
by the Arctic Terns! You really do have to be careful you don't
stand on a bird, they are that close.
