Winter Poem
Snow falling on the ground,
Animals hibernating and keeping warm,
Others still awake and looking for food.
The trees so bare,
With branches that look like hands,
Snow falling to the ground,
And going splat on the path.
Families and friends having snow fights,
Getting cold and wet but
Still enjoying themselves.
Spring Poem
Spring is coming to the woods,
Hedgehogs stop hibernating,
Birds like sparrows, robins and blackbirds are singing.
Lambs come out to play,
Frogs eggs start to hatch.
The daffodils start to push up the soft earth,
And come up as lovely flowers,
The bluebells come up with a yellow middle like
A egg yolk.
Children have a lot of time to play,
And go to the park, climb trees,
And just have fun.
