Wildlife Explorers celebrated
Viridor Mersey Basin week with a day reminding everyone
of the best ways to help our garden birdlife during the cold winter months.
Our thanks go to the Mersey Basin Campaign and Viridor
for their grant for the provision of raw materials
and seed for the range of bird feeders we made.
It was a busy meeting in West Park Macclesfield and Willdife Explorers had fun planting seeds,
making bird feeders and promoting the RSPB's Save the Sumatran Rainforest Campaign.

Wildlife Explorers had great fun with the Save the Sumatran Rainforest activities.
They 'Named the Tiger' Cuddles, and tried to find the treasure in the Rainforest Treasure Hunt.
Tiger face painting was in great demand!

Wildlife Explorers raised over £50 for the Sumatran campaign.
