RSPB Big Schools' Birdwatch King’s School (Junior School Nature Club) Macclesfield Friday 29th January 2010 |
King's Junior Division Nature Club turned out in force for their lunchtime Birdwatch.
![]() It was bright and sunny but bitterly cold. ![]() Despite lots of activity on the schools pitches, we saw Magpies, Woodpigeons and a Blackbird as well as some Greenfinches and a Blue tit.
![]() A flock of around one hundred Jackdaws and several blackheaded gulls flew overhead but we couldn't count them for our survey as they didn't land.
